The sessions are individual and last for one hour.

Usually an initial course of six sessions are needed with a review to decide whether further sessions are required.

The issues may be broad ranging, with an emphasis on loss, relationships, personal development and stress management.

Cost: £45 per session (24 hours notice of cancellation is necessary)
